3stars  My experience with the Freemont Hotel buffet
The buffet is pretty good. It's not quite as good as the Main Street Station Buffet. I like the seafood buffet on Friday night the best. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good. I would appreciate information on discounts for your buffet. Thank you for a good buffet.

Sincerly yours,

My girlfriend & I have stayed at the Fremont and also my fiance' and I with some friends. It was a very FUN experience!! Loved the slots there and everyone was friendly. My fiance' and I are coming back in Jan.-Feb 2007 as a Suprise Christmas gift to him!! I can't wait!! WE HAD A BALL !!
THanks FREMONT - let us know if any "deals" coming up for Jan & Feb!!
Can't wait to be BACK !! The hotel was clean - older but, clean and people were very friendly. If we needed anything they were there !!!!

We have stayed at the Fremont a few times and like it very much. The rooms are small but they were always clean and they had a good view. The staff was always very helpful and the restaurants are great, especially the buffet. The casino has almost every type of slot machine you could ask for and lots of good video poker, although the casino is always a little crowded. It is in a very good location, right in the heart of downtown. We joined the slot club and get lots of comps. Theres not much for kids to do here but they can use the pool at the California hotel because it is owned by the same person. We will probably stay at the Fremont again.

I would have been better off staying in a tent next to a joy john!!! It smelled, the carpet was worn to the bare flooring. It was a total nightmare. Tried to save a couple of bucks but should have thought better. Drunks passing out in front. The smell of vomit was almost a constant!

The Fremont is located right in the middle of the Freemont Experience. That's about all the good qualities this hotel has to offer. The toilet in my room looked like the same type the used in my old high know those big silver fixtures with the big lever. I think this is the type of quality you get when you stay downtown...with a few exceptions (Golden Nugget and Fitzgeralds)

Stayed at the Fremont in Dec. It was a nice hotel. The room was very adequate and generally comfortable. We didn't spend much time there, though. The casino was nice and we spent most of our time there. Relative to the other downtown hotels, we really liked the Fremont. Didn't get any comps though. I don't know if they are just cheap or what. I probably wouldn't stay at the Fremont again just because you can get a much better value on the strip.
