1star  Treasure Island Hotel and Casino In Las Vegas
The Absolute worst hotel in all of Las Vegas, I would rather stay at Harah's anyday much better service. Treasure Island Employees are the worst service oriented I have ever experienced. I was mistreated at every kiosk and the management is the worst I have ever come across they did not resolve my issues and abused me personally. I guess they dont care about there customers.

5stars  much more worth it
the last time my husband and i went to ti, it wasn't in this great of shape. we just stayed there for a week this time and were a lot more impressed. the table mins are alright, the service excellent, and the food was tasty. the only complaint i really have was that the rooms don't have individual coffee makers, so you have to get room service or go downstairs to get coffee in the am. the beds are extra comfy- some of the best ever actually, great sheets too. really, we ended up loving it there- would def. suggest it to anyone who asks!

1star  say one thing do another
We didn't have a good trip, our first stay at TI, we have stayed at many places on the strip over the years. So when I contacted TI they told us they would make up for our first stay with them. Well they got us there and the second experience was worse than the first. We have always had great stays everywhere but TI. Then when you contact them, they pass you on from one person to the next and this has been going on for quite some time now.

5stars  FIRST TIME in VEGAS ! Loved it !
I had no idea that Vegas could be this good. I've been to Atlantic City and never really liked the casinos that much but Vegas WOW ! It makes A.C. look ghetto ! Just got home and can't wait to go back. I'm NOT a big gambler but I played a few of the new Video slots and won a nice pile and was so happy I spent it on dinners and big tips. T.I. was GREAT! The Khahuna Bar was fun! Didn't see ANY Elvis but Viva Las Vegas !

what happened to Treasure Island the pirate themes, the excitment???? What the heck is TI?????? And who ever created the sign for TI needs some re-training!!!! Going do the strip and seeing the skull and crossbones on that sign and the big Treasure Island sign was exciting.... now it is HORRIBLE!!!! Would not revisit just for the way the outside looks.......

  Great weekend
I was reluctant to stay at TI because of all the negative reviews I had read before going. Not sure why so many people criticize this hotel/casino.

My stay was fantastic. Check-in took less than 10min. The staff was great, the food good. Comps were good. The casino was fast paced and well staffed. My room was clean and the view of the strip was awesome.

Trust me, ignore the negative stuff. Some people will complain about anything. TI is a good value and you are hard pressed to fine a better strip location.

My wife and I have stayed a Treasure Island going back to the early 90's, when it was Treasure Island it was a great place, S.Winn really knew how to run a Las Vegas hotel. Unfortunatly since it was bought out by MGM, the quality of service (in all aspects) has declined. The re-invented TI in a flop in my book, in the Winn days everything was possible, customer service was king. Now MGM thinks they are just running a corporate resort, that's not Vegas. I did try to voice my concerns to the management, I was quickly brushed off, in true corporate fashion. I would not recomend any MGM properties. Save your money and stay at the new Winn, it's worth it.

My fiance and I stayed at TI for the first time in September. We had such an incredible experience that we will return for our honeymoon at the end of June. The staff was very friendly, when they found out how much I loved the lotion, there were always extra bottles set on the bed each day. We celebrated the announcement of our wedding at The Steak House. The meal was wonderful- a true test of a steak house is to feed a Texan- they passed with flying colors. The spa was fabulous- the pedicures are to die for and are very reasonable in price. The only thing that seemed out of place was the small Deli. The staff was not as friendly and the menu was over priced. We can't wait to come back!

Hotel was situated perfectly BUT we took a trip round every hotel on the strip and ti was by far the worst, the service in the restaurants was awful, the food was not good, compared to other hotels (of the same price) the casino was good, but we were there for a family stay and found it awful!!!we found out our hotel had vegas' biggest strip bar. We thought ti would be good for kids because of the shows at this hotel, the hotel is NOT suitable for families with kids that was a big mistake, we went down 3 nights to watch the "show" and it was cancelled each time,oh and by the way we found out later the show was not suitable for kids after all, as it was all about seduction?!? what is it with this hotel strip bars and shows about seduction?!? as for the other show we were told we had to book 4 months in advance. so we decided to go to the other hotels and we had MUCH more fun. Oh and did i mention the bit which really spoiled our holiday on top of all that was that we all had problems from itchy bedspreads in the tis guestroom to toilet problems from the tis restaurants!!! we would not stay here again, but would come to vegas again, and stay in another of its better hotels.

My QUESTION for this hotel is,,,,,,,,,,, WHERE DO YOU PEOPLE WORKING THERE THINK THE MONEY YOU EARN COMES FROM. If I Owned this Hotel, I would fire almost all the FLOOR workers in the CASINO at Treasure Island as they are VERY RUDE. We arrived to find we had no rooms to start with, after booking them through a travel agent almost 3months prior to our arrival, then we were told we had to wait around the following day to get rooms???? " I DONT THINK SO" we didnt come to vegas to WASTE a day getting rooms we should have had already. OUR REAL Problem though is the Casino Workers, who find it a PAIN IN THE A$$ to Help Customers that are having problems with Machines Or need a question Answered. We Loved KAHUNAVILLE RESTAURANT AND BAR ITS THE BESTTTTTTTT!!!!!! But for the rest of our 6 day Stay at this Hotel, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. We Shall SPend our money elsewhere rather then be treated RUDELY.
Disappointed
